1.Outline of sales on a first-come, first-served basis
Properties that did not lead to a successful bid in general competitive bidding will be sold to applicants on a first-come, first-served basis.
Application period
Application period: Until Friday, February 16, 2024
Reception hours: From 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (except noon to 1:00 p.m.)
Reception desk: Finance Bureau Facility Management Promotion Section (Yokohama City Hall 12th floor)

※1: Within three months after issuance, resident certificate does not have a personal number (My Number)
※2: Within three months after issuance, the certificate of qualification shall be a document certifying the registration of the corporation (certificate of corporate register, certificate of representative matters, etc.)
※3: Both the delegate and the delegate must seal and attach a certificate of qualification if proxy/agent is a corporation.
※4: The applicant will be the holder of the contract if it becomes the purchaser. When a corporation employee applies, a power of attorney is not required, but a business card will be required.
※To apply under a shared name, attached documents of all co-owners is required.
Method of determining the purchaser
We will conclude a sales contract on a first-come, first-served basis with the applicant who presented the purchase price equal to or greater than the minimum sale price set by Yokohama City for each property.
If there is more than one applicant that satisfies the above conditions at the start of reception on each day (9:00 am), a sales contract will be concluded with the applicant who presented the highest purchase price. If the amount presented is the same, it will be decided by lottery.

2.Payment method
In the sales contract, there are two ways to pay the property price.
- Lump-sum payments
- Payment of deposit
In the case of lump-sum payment
Payment method
You will be required to pay the full amount of the trading value in a lump.
For payment, please use payment notice (delivery letter of advice) of Motoichi prescribed. Available financial institutions are listed on the back of the delivery notice.
The payment date is the date of the sales contract.
Payment deadline
After receiving the application for purchase in this section, we will mail a [sales payment decision letter] to the purchaser. [Declaration of Payment] The payment deadline is within 30 days from the day following the date of the payment. However, the last day of the payment deadline will not exceed the last Friday of March to which the application year belongs.
In the case of deposit payment
Payment method
In the case of deposit payment, you will be required to pay twice, the contract deposit (10% of the property price) and the remaining amount after deducting the contract deposit.
For payment of contract deposit, please use payment notice (notice outside year-end notice) prescribed by Motoichi. The only financial institution is available is the Bank of Yokohama.
For payment of the balance, please use payment notice (delivery letter of advice) prescribed by Motoichi. Available financial institutions are listed on the back of the delivery notice.
The payment date of the contract deposit is the date of the sales contract.
Payment deadline
After receiving the application for purchase in this section, we will mail a [sales payment decision letter] to the purchaser. [Declaration of Payment] The deadline for payment of the contract deposit is within 30 days from the day following the date of the contract.
The payment deadline for the remaining balance is within an additional 30 days from the day after the contract deposit was paid. The payment deadline for the remaining amount may vary from year to year.

We ask association members and corporations that have concluded an "Agreement on Mediation of Yokohama City Land" and "Memorandum" with Yokohama City for mediation.
