We will carry out a first-come, first-served sale for the following one property that did not reach a successful bid in the 2nd general competitive bidding in 2024. (Reception starts at 9:00 on December 23)

1.Overview of first-come, first-served basis

 The following one property that did not reach a successful bid by general competitive bidding will be sold to applicants on a first-come, first-served basis.

Application period

Application period: From Monday, December 23, 2024 to Friday, February 14, 2025
Reception hours: From 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (except from noon to 1:00 pm)
Reception desk: Finance Bureau Facility Management Promotion Section (12th floor of Yokohama City Hall)

Application documents

 Please bring your application documents and come directly to the reception desk.
(1)Municipal property purchase application (word: 34KB)
(2)attached documents (within three months after issuance)

    
 ※If you apply under a common name, attached documents of all co-owners is required.

Method of determining the purchaser

 We will conclude a sales contract on a first-come, first-served basis with the applicant who has presented the purchase price equal to or greater than the minimum sale price set by Yokohama City for each property.
 If there are multiple applicants who meet the above conditions at the start of reception on each day (9:00 am), we will conclude a sales contract with the applicant who presented the highest purchase price. If the amount presented is the same, it will be determined by lot.

2.Payment method

 There are two ways to pay the property price in the sales contract.

  • Lump-sum payment
  • Deposit payment

In the case of lump-sum payment

Payment method

 You will be required to pay the full amount of the trading value in one lump.
 For payment, please use Motoichi predetermined payment notice (delivery letter of advice). Available financial institutions are listed on the back of the delivery notice.
 The payment date is the sales contract date.

Due date

 After receiving the application for purchase in this section, we will mail a [sales payment decision letter] to the purchaser. [Notice of Sale and Payment] The payment deadline is within 30 days from the day after the date of the payment. However, the last day of the payment deadline shall not exceed the last Friday of March to which the application year belongs.

In case of deposit payment

Payment method

 In the case of deposit payment, you will be required to pay twice the contract deposit (10% of the property price) and the remaining amount after deducting the contract deposit.
 For payment of contract deposit, please use payment notice (notice outside the age plan) prescribed by Motoichi. The only financial institutions that can be used are the Bank of Yokohama.
 Please use payment notice (delivery letter of advice) prescribed by Motoichi for payment of the remaining amount. Available financial institutions are listed on the back of the delivery notice.
 The payment date of the contract deposit is the sales contract date.

Due date

 After receiving the application for purchase in this section, we will mail a [sales payment decision letter] to the purchaser. [Notice of Sale and Payment] The payment deadline for the contract deposit shall be within 30 days from the day following the date of the contract deposit.
 The payment deadline for the remaining balance is within 30 days from the day following the payment of the contract deposit. The payment deadline for the remaining balance may span the year.
 Example: [Notice of Sale and Payment] Date of Monday, February 3, 2025
 Payment deadline for contract deposit Wednesday, March 5, 2025
 Payment deadline for the remaining amount Friday, April 4, 2025

4.About mediation consignment (for homebuilders)

We ask association members and corporations that have concluded "Agreement on Mediation of Yokohama City Land" and "Memorandum" with Yokohama City for mediation.
