General competitive bidding

In general competitive bidding (scheduled sale site), we have announced the planned sale site for general competitive bidding in 2024.
Detailed information such as the price of the first site to be sold will be announced on this page in late May.

Bidding will be made by mail from application to bidding.　
The reception method, acceptance period, bidding method, bidding date, etc. will be announced on this page in late May.

　For each property, please present the "desired amount" by bidding. As a result of the examination, the person who is equal to or greater than the "minimum sale price" set by Yokohama City and who is presented with the highest amount will be referred to as the "successful bidder" and will be the other party of the sales contract.

　An individual or legal entity. However, the following persons are excluded.

• Local Government Act Article 238-3 (outside site)
• Local Government Act enforcement order Article 167-4 (outside site)
• Yokohama City Gangster Exclusion Ordinance, Article 2, Article 7 (outside site)
• Kanagawa Gangster Exclusion Ordinance Article 23, Paragraph 1, Paragraph 2 (outside site)　
• Article 8, Paragraph 2, Item 1 (outside site) of the Act on Regulations of Organizations that Performed Indiscriminate Mass Murdering Act

　For individuals: resident certificate (without personal number (My Number)), ID card, certificate of not registered (external site) (1 copy each)
　In the case of a corporation: Certificate of Eligibility (1 copy)

　Be sure to read the "General Competitive Bidding Payment Application Guidelines" and confirm the site before applying.
　It is also possible to apply under the common name. (However, attached documents of all co-owners is required.)
　The applicant will be the holder of the contract if it becomes the highest bidder. If you are a corporation, please enclose the business card of the person in charge.
　Please use the same private seal for all seal documents (shachihata not allowed). In the case of a successful bid, the same private seal will be used for the documents (contracts, etc.) related to the sales contract. .

　For participation applicant, bid documents will be mailed from Yokohama City by simple registered mail.

　Please pay the amount equivalent to 5/100 or more of the bid amount (rounded up to the nearest yen). (In addition, the bid deposit will be returned except for the successful bidder.)　
　Please copy the receipt of the bid deposit and mail it with the bid documents.

　Please use bid book of Motoichi designation, and mail by registered mail (must arrive) by bid deadline (must arrive). (You can bring your own)

　Attendance of the bill (visiting to the venue) is optional.
　The person who is equal to or higher than the "minimum sale price" of Yokohama City and who is presented with the highest amount will be regarded as the "successful bidder".
