It will be sold through general competitive bidding. Of the valid bids, those who have bid more than the "minimum sale price" set by Yokohama City and who have made the highest bid are referred to as "successful bidders" and conclude a sales contract.

(３) Notes on Application
　The applicant will be the holder of the contract if he becomes the successful bidder.
　When filling out the general competitive bidding participation application form, please refer to the entry example described in the application guidelines and check the notes carefully. If there are any deficiencies, the application form will not be accepted.
　If you apply under a common name, attached documents of all co-owners is required.
　In addition, Yokohama City may ask you to submit documents as needed.
　If you wish to bid more than one property, please submit a general competitive bidding participation application for each property.
In addition, attached documents can attach one copy of the original to one property and other properties can also attach a copy of the original.
　Please use private seal, which uses the same vermilion all for the seal. (Stamp type items are not allowed.) If a successful bid is made, the same private seal will be used for the sales contract documents (contracts, etc.), so if you are a corporation, please use the private seal containing the title of the representative.
　Documents submitted cannot be returned for any reason.
　If the application documents are incomplete, you will not be able to participate in the bidding.

　When the application is accepted, the following documents will be mailed from Yokohama City by registered mail or letter pack plus and issued.

• General Competitive Bidding Participation Application Form (Copy)
• Payment form for bid deposit (transfer form)
• Bid deposit refund bill
• Bid book

※After confirming the application documents, mail will be sent to you. If you do not receive the documents by Monday, November 18, please contact the Finance Bureau Facility Management Promotion Division (671-2264).

(１) The bid deposit shall be an amount equivalent to 5% or more of the bid price (rounded up to the nearest yen) for each bid property, and was issued by Yokohama City.
　Please pay by payment slip. Bidding whose bid deposit has not been paid or insufficient amount will be invalidated.
(２) Please pay bid deposit at window of Yokohama-shi designated financial institution (Bank of Yokohama).
(３) Please copy the receipt of the bid deposit and mail it with the bid form.
(４) Except for the successful bidder, the bid deposit will be refunded by transferring it to the bank account of the financial institution designated by the bidder.
　In addition, it takes about 2 months after the end of the bidding for refund. Thank you for your understanding.
(５) There is no interest on the bid deposit.

When bidding, please mail the following documents to the same address as the bid participation application by the bid deadline.

The witness of the opening of the bid (visiting the venue) is optional, but if you are coming, please check the bid application form.
Upon entry, we will check the original bid deposit receipt. In addition, for the convenience of the venue, one person will be charged per person. (In the case of a corporation, one person per corporation regardless of the number of bids)
Results will be posted around 11:15 a.m. From 11:30 a.m.

(１) As a result of opening the bid, the person who bids the highest price equal to or greater than the minimum sale price of Yokohama City will be determined as the winning bidder.
(２) If there are two or more bidders who have made the highest bid to be awarded, the bidder will draw lots to determine the winning bidder.
　When there is person who does not draw lottery among the bidder concerned (including when there is not the bidder concerned), Yokohama-shi staff who is not related to bid shall draw lottery.
(３) The bid result announces the following contents on the spot for all bids.
　A. Bidding conducted by a corporation: Trade name and bid price
　Biddings made by individuals: Being "individual" (name will not be disclosed) and bid price
(４) We will not conduct a bid again.

The auction results will be announced on this website by 5:00 pm on the opening date.

Properties without bidders / successful bidders or properties that have not contracted by the successful bidder will be sold to applicants on a first-come, first-served basis.
