1 Can only Yokohama citizens apply?

As a general rule, anyone can apply for it. However, those who have stopped purchasing despite being bid in the previous bid, they will not be able to accept the application for two years thereafter.
In the case of municipal land purchase, please apply after examining the financial plan carefully.

2 Is it possible to apply under the common name of parents and children?

You can apply for participation in a shared name.
Please fill out the application form with the required items of all co-owners on the application form.

3 Is it possible to transfer the right to make a successful bid?
A


The rights cannot be transferred. Therefore, it is not possible to change the property that has been applied under the sole name to the common name, or the land applied under the common name cannot be changed to a single name. Please consider it carefully before applying.

4 Is it possible to change the property after applying?

Changes and cancellations after application are not allowed.

5 If the land price cannot be prepared with my own funds, can't I purchase it?

We do not have partnered loans, so please consult with a financial institution in advance.
