Toyooka Elementary School was set up at its current location in the Taisho era and is a facility with attachment rooted in the community. By rebuilding elementary schools due to aging, we aim to improve the educational environment, and to be a place where children and the elderly can spend an attractive way with peace of mind, and to be a place for lifelong learning and local activities. Aiming at, we are considering reorganizing and maintaining the Tsurumi Library, Tsurumi Nursery School, and Tsurumi Residents' Activities Center, which are compatible with elementary schools around Toyooka Elementary School and are aging.

We summarized opinion that we had for basic design (draft) as conduct result of "citizen opinion offer" and "exchange meeting 3" and way of thinking of Motoichi. The opinions received will be used as a reference when formulating the basic concept, and will be used as a reference for concretely proceeding with future business plans and building design for the realization of the concept.
