About conduct result of Yokohama-shi public works evaluation

About Yamashita-Futo redevelopment project, we carried out public works evaluation (prior evaluation) by Yokohama City Public Works Evaluation Committee on December 21, 2015.
Based on the results of the deliberations, the evaluation results have been finalized and will be announced.

Although there is an undecided part of infrastructure development, etc., it is approved as a project based on the upper-level plan.
However, when the project has materialized, it shall be reported to the Committee.

For the redevelopment of Yamashita-Futo, we formulated the Yokohama City Yamashita Wharf Development Basic Plan in September 2015, with the aim of forming a new bustling base in the city's coastal area, which will serve as the growth engine of Yokohama.
This basic plan stipulates a master plan that will serve as a compass for promoting town development, and was deliberated based on the basic plan.
This project is based on a public-private partnership project, and will be reported to the committee when the contents of development by private businesses have become materialized together with public facilities such as roads and green spaces.
