About conduct result of Yokohama-shi public works evaluation

About Yamashita-Futo redevelopment project, we carried out public works evaluation (prior evaluation) by Yokohama-shi public works evaluation committee on December 21, 2015.
Based on the results of the deliberations, the evaluation results have been finalized as follows, and will be announced.

Although there is an undetermined part about infrastructure development, etc., it is approved as a business based on the higher-level plan.
However, report to the Committee at the stage when the project is materialized.

In September 2015, Yamashita-Futo formulated the "Yokohama City Yamashita Wharf Development Basic Plan" with the aim of forming a new bustling base in the coastal area of central Tokyo, which will serve as a growth engine for Yokohama.
This basic plan stipulates a master plan that will serve as a compass for promoting town development, and was discussed based on the basic plan.
This project is based on a public-private partnership project, and will be reported to the committee at the stage when the contents of development by private businesses have become embodied along with public facilities such as roads and green spaces.
