Initiatives with the Faculty of Law of Kanto Gakuin University and the Social Collaboration Center
In cooperation with the Faculty of Law of Kanto Gakuin University and the Center for Social Collaboration, the lecture titled "Administrative Studies" and "Makise Seminar" featured the redevelopment of Yamashita-Futo. After giving a lecture on redevelopment of Yokohama Port and Yamashita-Futo at "Administrative Studies" on November 18, 2024, we conducted a questionnaire and gave a discussion and presentation at "Makise Seminar" on December 3 based on the results.

Initiatives with the Faculty of Human Symbiosis, Kanto Gakuin University
In collaboration with the Faculty of Human Symbiosis, Kanto Gakuin University, we discussed the redevelopment of Yamashita-Futo in the "Business Analysis" class of the Faculty of Human Symbiosis. After a lecture on the development status of Yokohama Port and Yamashita-Futo on November 10, 2023, the group examined the redevelopment of Yamashita-Futo on the theme of "Examination of effective information sharing methods for younger generations (teens and twenties) in the city" and "Town development methods for redevelopment of Yamashita-Futo".

Initiatives with the Faculty of Law, Kanagawa University
Continuing from last year, in cooperation with Kanagawa University's Faculty of Law, the department gave a lecture on “Special Course on Local Governments” on the redevelopment of Yamashita-Futo. After a lecture on the development status of Yokohama Port and Yamashita-Futo on May 20, 2024, the group presented a presentation on June 3, 2024, on the theme of "Examination of effective information sharing methods for young people (teens and twenties) in Yamashita-Futo."

Initiatives with the Faculty of Architecture, Kanagawa University
In cooperation with Kanagawa University's Faculty of Architecture, he took up the redevelopment of Yamashita-Futo in the lecture on “Town Development Theory” of the Faculty of Architecture. After a lecture on the development status of Yokohama Port and Yamashita-Futo on October 27, 2023, the group had a workshop-style discussion meeting on the theme of "Town Development Methods for Redevelopment of Yamashita-Futo."

Initiatives with the Faculty of Economics, Yokohama National University
From 2022, we collaborated with Yokohama National University's Ijo Seminar in the Faculty of Economics to exchange opinions and conduct theme research on the themes and introduction functions of redevelopment. In order to continue to collaborate in fiscal 2024, we gave a lecture on the theme of "Redevelopment of Yamashita-Futo" on July 16, 2024. In the future, we plan to collect and analyze opinions on redevelopment within the university throughout the year.

Initiatives with Yokohama Elementary School attached to the Faculty of Education, Yokohama National University
In collaboration with elementary school student, a 6th grade student at Yokohama Elementary School attached to the Faculty of Education, Yokohama National University, we received proposals for redevelopment (the theme of redevelopment, details of introduction functions and reasons, etc.) and held a presentation by elementary school student representative at the City Hall on February 28, 2023.

Initiatives with Kanagawa Gakuen Seika Elementary School
elementary school student, a third-year student at Kanagawa Gakuen Seika Elementary School, gave a presentation on the theme of "Let's express how Yamashita-Futo is used." In the future, we plan to give a presentation again based on this feedback.

Initiatives with the Yokohama Future Organization
A workshop was held on February 16, 2023 in cooperation with the Yokohama Future Organization, a promotion organization for industry-academia-government-private partnerships. The City of Yokohama explained the business and received various opinions on “Innovation x the Future of Yamashita-Futo,” including the construction of smart cities.
