Overview
The low-rise part of the city hall (1st to 3rd floors) is a bright and open space with high ceilings and natural light. We also provide a public wireless LAN connection service, which can be used not only on weekdays but also on weekends and holidays.
Lacis Front, a commercial facility on the first and second floors, has a food hall, a cafe, and a restaurant, full of Yokohama's attractions, including stores originating in Yokohama, menus based on the theme of local production for local consumption, and souvenirs from Yokohama. You can also enjoy meals on the open terrace seats along the Ooka River.
The atrium on the first floor has a large monitor and stage, where various events are held, and can be used as a place to relax.
In addition, in the citizen lounge on the third floor, you can see the view of Minato Mirai, including the landmark tower and Ferris wheel, and the flowerbed around the building, the seasonal flowers are colorful and we are waiting for everyone. .

Commercial facility LUXS FRONT (Raksis Front) (1st and 2nd floors)
In addition to food halls centered on stores originating in Yokohama, multiple restaurants, books and cafes, shops dealing mainly with souvenirs from Yokohama, as well as cafes, drug stores, convenience stores, and other convenience stores. (Grand opening on August 5, 2020)
On the terrace seats along the Ooka River, you can enjoy a meal while watching the view of Minato Mirai, in addition to the waterside scenery and seasonal flowers.

Atrium (1st floor)
Directly connected to Minato Mirai Line Bashamichi Station, it is an open space with a three-story atrium, it is a space where everyone can easily gather, get close to and relax.
It can also be used as a place for various events and ceremonies.

We introduce Yokohama's attractions and measures to visitors and citizens who have visited guests from other cities and overseas.

Citizen Lounge (3rd floor)
You can just enjoy the view of the Minato Mirai 21 area in a section along the Ooka River, which can be accessed from the lobby on the third floor.
It can also be used as a place to meet and relax.
Oh Available time: From Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 20:00, weekends and holidays from 10:00 to 20:00
Oh Main facilities: 2 benches, 4 table seats and 2 counter seats
※Furniture and waist walls use cypress from the watershed forest of Yokohama, located in Doshi Village, Yamanashi Prefecture.
Exhibition of seasonal flowers (entrance on the first floor)
Schools belonging to the Yokohama Flower Festival Association color the entrance gorgeously on a weekly basis.

Remains exhibition
With the construction of the city hall, many archeological sites have been excavated, including the masonry seawalls in the late Edo period and the foundations of buildings that collapsed due to the Great Kanto Earthquake.
Some of these are on display at various locations on the premises.

Seismic isolation devices (between 2nd and 3rd floors)
Seismic isolation devices are installed between the 2nd and 3rd floors of the city hall to reduce the shaking of the upper part of the seismic isolation layer and absorb earthquake energy with the vibration suppression device, thereby preventing damage such as falling furniture in the office. And ensure continuity of business.
If you go up the stairs in front of the Yokohama Architecture Information Center on the 2nd floor, you can see the inside of the seismic isolation layer from the landing window (Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
