About admission ticket

It will be shipped on Friday, November 29, 2024.
If you do not receive your admission ticket by Friday, December 6, 2024, please contact Child and Youth Bureau General Affairs Division Staff Section by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 9.

Eligibility for examination (both couples must meet the qualification requirements)

Qualification requirements

Persons under the age of 61 as of April 1, 2025 (persons born after April 2, 1964)

Those who fall under any of the following

  1. Doctors who have academic experience in mental health
  2. Person who is qualified as a social worker
  3. Those who have graduated from schools or other training facilities that train elementary school student independence support specialists designated by the prefectural governor (including those who have completed the first semester of a professional university pursuant to the provisions of the School Education Law)
  4. Those who have graduated from a department that specializes in social welfare, psychology, pedagogy, or sociology at a university pursuant to the provisions of the School Education Law or who have earned credits for subjects related to social welfare, psychology, pedagogy, or sociology at that university with excellent grades, and who have been admitted to graduate school pursuant to the provisions of Article 102, paragraph (2) of the Act and who have been admitted to the preceding Article 1) for more than one year or more than one year, and have been admitted to the preceding paragraph (1) of the preceding Article elementary school student Independence Support Program, and who have been enrolled in accordance with the preceding paragraph (1) of the preceding paragraph (1) of the Act, and have been admitted to the preceding paragraph (4) of the preceding paragraph (1) of the preceding paragraph (1) of Article and who have been enrolled in the preceding paragraph (1

  7. Those who fall under the following are not allowed to take the exam.

Persons who fall under the missing provisions of Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act (Act No. 261 of 1950)

  • Persons who are sentenced to imprisonment or higher and until their execution is completed or no longer received.
  • A person who has received a disciplinary dismissal from the local government and has not passed two years from the date of the disposition.
  • A person who has committed a crime prescribed in Articles 60 to 63 and has been sentenced to imprisonment in the position of a member of the Human Resources Committee or Equity Committee.
  • A person who has formed or joined a political party or other organization that claims to destroy the Constitution of Japan or the government enacted under it by violence after the date of enforcement of the Constitution of Japan

Those who have been sentenced to quasi-prohibition under the provisions of the Civil Code before the amendment in 1999 (other than those caused by physical and mental wear)

Notes

  • Limited to those who can submit a certificate of work history, etc. after the final pass announcement to confirm work experience.
  • If you are unable to prove your work experience, you will not be hired.
  • Please refer to the examination guide for details such as how to calculate the number of years of work history.
