Five years from FY2020 (Reiwa 2) to FY2024 (Reiwa 6)
2 Composition of the Plan
(1) Population Vision
The population vision analyzes the current state of the population in order to formulate effective measures for the creation of towns, people and work, and shows the future direction to be pursued in the future.・ While taking into account the “Long-Term Vision for People and Work Creation (revised in 2019)”, the assumptions regarding natural changes and social changes were made, and the future population was viewed.
(2) Comprehensive Strategy
Based on the achievements we have built so far, in order to further advance Yokohama for the future, we will focus on the basic goals with a view to 2030 (Reiwa 12) and measures to be promoted over the five years of the planning period It is a compilation of

In November 2014, the "City, People and Work Creation Law" was enacted in order to stop population decline and maintain a vibrant Japanese society in the future. . In Article 10 of the Act, it is stipulated that efforts shall be made to establish a comprehensive strategy for municipal towns, people and work creation.
