2 Construction of Plan
(1) Population Vision
 The Population Vision analyzes the current state of the population in order to formulate effective measures for the creation of towns, people and work, shows the future direction to be pursued in the future.・ While taking into account the long-term vision for long-term work creation (revised edition in 2019) ", we set assumptions about natural increase and social change and look at future population.

(2) Comprehensive Strategy
 Based on the achievements we have built so far, in order to make Yokohama a further leap forward for the future, we will focus on the basic goals for 2030 (12) and the five-year planning period.

  2. Environmentally advanced city full of flowers and greenery
  3. Challenges to the Super-Aged Society
  4. Creating a town where people gather and thrive.

※Formulation of a comprehensive strategy
 In November 2014, the "Town, People and Work Creation Law" was enacted to halt population decline and maintain a vibrant Japanese society in the future. In Article 10 of the Act, it is stipulated that efforts should be made to establish a municipal town, people, and work creation comprehensive strategy.
