Emergency landing of US military helicopters (request)

On February 9, 2011, an SH-60B helicopter belonging to Atsugi Base made an emergency landing at the Mairi Fureai Park soccer field in Nakado, Hiratsuka-shi.
Helicopter belonging to Atsugi base had just had a equipment fall accident in Samukawa-cho last week, and citizens of the prefecture are strongly concerned about the repeated occurrence of such situations.
In response to the recent fall of equipment, the Council has requested an immediate investigation of the cause of the accident, establish effective measures to prevent recurrence, and promptly publish them. In order to prevent a U.S. military aircraft accident will never occur again, we strongly request the following (to apply to the U.S. military aircraft accident again.
