Multilingual support initiatives

Yokohama City is working on multilingual support for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
For the Tokyo 2020 Games, multilingual support for guests visiting Japan is an urgent issue. In order for businesses to easily work on customer service of foreign tourists visiting Japan, seminars will be held as follows to explain practical methods for multilingual support and how to respond to customers.
