Business description

※There are multiple tasks that use personal computers, such as data entry.

Eligibility for application

1 Being able to operate a personal computer (input Excel / word, etc., creating materials, operating terminals, etc.).
2 Do not fall under the disqualification provisions of Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act.
※In the middle of the selection process, if it becomes clear that you do not qualify for the application, you will not be able to receive a subsequent selection. In this case, it is treated in the same way as abstention. Also, if you have passed, you will cancel your pass.

Working Conditions

1 Appointment Period
  From April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024
  ※If the results of the ability demonstration are good, they may be re-appointed up to four consecutive times regardless of the open call for participants.
  ※Due to the application of the Local Public Service Law, recruitment will be conditional, and if the number of working days per month after recruitment is less than 15 days, the conditional recruitment period may be extended.

  5 days a week
  ※Excludes Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and New Year's holidays (from December 29 to January 3).

3 Working hours
  9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (including one hour break)

4 Workplaces
  City Council Bureau Office, Yokohama City Council (6-50-10, Honmachi, Naka-ku, Yokohama)

5 Remuneration Amount
  Monthly: 138,200 yen

6 Commuter expenses
  If you use transportation for commuting, you will be paid the actual cost.
  ※It will not be paid if the operating distance of the transportation is less than 1 km.

7 Benefits
  Term-end allowance (June and December)

8 Holidays
  ・Annual leave: 16 days in principle
   ※If a regular employee of Yokohama City continues to be appointed as a fiscal year appointment staff, an annual leave will be granted based on the period including the previous term of appointment.
  ・In addition, there is a system such as summer vacation (5 days) as a special leave.

9 Social Insurance
  Joined employment insurance, Employee Pension Plan (Kosei Nenkin) and employee health insurance (Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association).
