Job description
  1. Administrative assistance in charge of investigation, etc. (e-mail check, document preparation, telephone correspondence, driving of public car (including luggage transportation), etc.)
  2. Other affairs, etc. deemed necessary by the director in charge

※In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically an auxiliary work, only during working hours)

  • Those who have graduated from junior high school as of April 1, 2023
  • Basic computer operation (input Excel, Word, mail software Outlook, etc., terminal operation, etc.) can be performed
  • A vehicles driver's license and be able to drive a car
  • Do not fall under the grounds for disqualification of recruitment stipulated in Article 16, etc. of the Local Public Service Law
Working days

5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday are days when work is not required)
However, excluding holidays and New Year's holidays (December 29 to January 3)

8:45-17: 15 (break time: 1 hour specified by the director during work)

Payroll
  • 8,490 yen per day
  • Term-end allowance and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses, up to 55,000 yen) separately.

Selection method

Selection method: An interview test will be conducted. In the case of a large number of applicants, document screening may be conducted as the first selection, taking into account the motivation described in the fiscal year appointment staff application form (designated form).

※Only those who have passed the course will be contacted by telephone. After that, regardless of pass / fail, everyone will be notified of the selection result by mail.
※Those who have passed the selection process and become candidates will be required to consult physical checkup at the designated institution.
 The schedule for your visit to physical checkup is scheduled for Monday, September 11, 2023.
