City of Yokohama, Child and Youth Bureau is recruiting staff for the fiscal year who will be responsible for special Child Raising Allowance and others.

■Overview of Duties

(1) The following services related to the special Child Raising Allowance business
 Preparation and rounding of various notices related to special business such as Child Raising Allowance by document management system
 B. Preparation of materials pertaining to requests for examination and management of progress
 Processing of progress documents from ward and medical certificate from children's guidance office
 D. Office work pertaining to disability examination
 Operations related to information sharing by omin number
(2) Response to telephone inquiries related to special Child Raising Allowance, etc. and inquiries regarding municipal administration
(3) In addition, supplementary services (postal services and other general affairs services) associated with the benefit payment services business, and other affairs including minor drafts
※Disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work only during working hours)

Have basic operation (Excel / Word input, terminal operation, etc.) ability on a personal computer

※According to Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act, those who fall under the following cannot take the exam.
(1) A person who is sentenced to imprisonment or higher and until the execution is completed or is no longer received.
(2) A person who has been dismissed as a Yokohama City employee and has not passed two years from the date of the disposition.
(3) A person who is in the position of a member of the Human Resources Committee or Equity Committee and has been sentenced to imprisonment for committing a crime prescribed in Chapter 5 of the Local Public Service Act.
(4) A person who has formed or joined a political party or other organization that claims to destroy the Constitution of Japan or the government enacted under it by violence after the date of enforcement of the Constitution of Japan
(5) A person who is to be based on the previous example pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Revision of Part of the Civil Code (Act No. 149 of 1999)

 Yokohama-shi selection application (PDF: 215KB) and selection application attached sheet (PDF: 175KB)
(2) 2 envelopes (for notification of date and time of interview test and notification of pass result)

Please prepare two long 3 envelopes. Write the postal code, Address and name of the applicant on the front of the two envelopes and attach a 110 yen stamp.
※ Application is limited to Motoichi predetermined style.
※ Please note that the submitted documents will not be returned after submission.
