Business description
(1) General business assistance within Audit and Inspection Commission Secretariat
Customer service and telephone service, assisting in operation of audit-related organizations, assistance in employee welfare affairs
Materials preparation assistance, numerical check work, data entry work, and other general affairs, etc.
(2) Other disaster response operations in the event of a large-scale disaster
Basically, it is an auxiliary work, only during working hours
Eligibility for application
(1) Being able to respond to customers and telephone calls.
(2) Be able to operate a personal computer, such as creating documents in Word and spreadsheet in Excel.
(3) Those who do not fall under disqualification provisions such as Article 16 of the Local Public Service Law.

Working Conditions and Compensation
(1) Workplace
Audit & Supervisory Division, Audit and Inspection Commission Secretariat Audit Department (17th floor, 10th, Honmachi, Naka-ku, Yokohama, Yokohama)
(2) Appointment Period
From February 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024
※If the results of the ability demonstration are good, they may be re-appointed up to four consecutive times regardless of the open call for participants.
(In the case of this selection, the appointment may be made until March 31, 2028).
(3) Number of working days, etc.
Working 4 days a week (from Monday to Friday, excluding one day, Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, and New Year's holidays determined by the director in advance)
8:45 am to 5:15 pm (including 1 hour of lunch break)
(4) Compensation, etc.
Salary: 182,300 yen per month
※This is the estimated amount as of October 2023. The amount of money is subject to change due to system revision.
In addition, commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses (up to 55,000 yen per month)) and term-end allowance will be paid.
However, since the base date of payment is June 1 and December 1, there will be no payment during FY2023.

Joined employee health insurance (Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance
(6) Vacation
Annual leave, etc. (according to the rules on working hours and vacations of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City)
(7) Others
Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations concerning salary of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City and reimbursement for expenses.

Selection method and selection schedule (planned)
(1) Primary selection: Document Review
Results will be sent out on December 7 (Thu.)
(2) Secondary selection (conducted for those who passed the primary screening): Interview
Scheduled for December 18 (Mon.) and 19 (Tue), scheduled to be implemented at the specified date and time.
Results will be sent out on December 25 (Monday).
※The results of both the primary and secondary selections will be notified by mail to those who have taken each selection regardless of pass or fail. Details such as the date and time of the second selection will be notified to those who have passed the primary screening.

(1) Submitted documents will not be returned. Thank you for your understanding.
(2) Regarding personal information collected by the city at the time of this selection, we will not use it for any purpose other than recruitment selection and office work related to recruitment. However, the personal information of the recruiter will be used as personnel information.
(3) If a passer of the second screening declines the recruitment, the runner-up may be advanced and passed the second round of selection.
