Business description

 General business assistance within Audit and Inspection Commission Secretariat
 (Assistance for document preparation, numerical check work and data entry work, assistance of audit-related organizations, assistance in employee welfare affairs, customer service, telephone response, and other general affairs, etc.)

Eligibility for application

 (1) Be able to operate a personal computer, such as creating documents in Word and spreadsheet in Excel.
 (2) Being able to respond to customers and telephone calls.
 (3) Those who do not fall under disqualification provisions such as Article 16 of the Local Public Service Law.

Working Conditions and Compensation

 (1) Workplace
   Audit and Inspection Commission Secretariat Audit & Supervisory Section (6-50, Honmachi, Naka-ku, Yokohama, 17th floor of Yokohama City Hall)
 (2) Appointment Period
   From April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023
   ※If the results of the ability demonstration are good, they may be re-appointed up to four consecutive times regardless of the open call for participants.
 (3) Number of working days, etc.
   Working 4 days a week (from Monday to Friday, excluding one day, Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, and New Year's holidays determined by the director in advance)
   8:45 am to 5:15 pm (including 1 hour of lunch break)
 (4) Compensation, etc.
   Salary: 179,900 yen per month
   ※This is the estimated amount as of October 2021. The amount of money is subject to change due to system revision.
   In addition, commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses (up to 55,000 yen per month)) and term-end allowance will be paid.
   Social insurance: Joined employee health insurance (Japan employee health insurance Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance
 (5) Vacation
   Annual leave, summer vacation, etc.
   Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations concerning salary of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City and reimbursement for expenses.

Selection method and selection schedule (planned)

 (1) Primary selection: Document screening (scheduled to be sent out on January 7 (Fri.))
 (2) Secondary selection (conducted for those who passed the primary screening): Interviews (scheduled on January 20 (Thu.) and 21 (Fri) will be held at the designated date and time)
   ※The results of both the primary and secondary selections will be notified by mail to those who have taken each selection regardless of pass or fail. Details such as the date and time of the second selection will be notified to those who have passed the primary screening.
 (3) physical checkup
   Those who have passed the second screening will be required to consult physical checkup after early February.
   It may not be adopted depending on the results of physical checkup.

 (1) Submitted documents will not be returned. Thank you for your understanding.
 (2) Regarding personal information collected by the city at the time of this selection, we will not use it for any purpose other than recruitment selection and office work related to recruitment. However, the personal information of the recruiter will be used as personnel information.
 (3) In the event that a successful candidate for the second screening declines the recruitment or is not accepted due to the results of physical checkup, the runner-up may be advanced to become a successful candidate for the second screening.
 (4) For recruitment, the fiscal year 2022 budget must be approved by the Yokohama City Council.
