We carry out "dialogue" (sounding-type market research) with private businesses for the development of the basic concept of "(tentative name) Toyookacho Complex".

　Following the rebuilding of Toyooka Elementary School (Tsurumi Ward), we are considering combining it with the Tsurumi Library, Tsurumi Nursery School, Tsurumi Ward Citizens' Activities Center, and private facilities.
