In Yokohama-shi, we carry out open call for participants sale by two-stage general competitive bidding method (※) about municipal ownership land located in Kita-Terao 6-chome, Tsurumi-ku as utilization of owned assets.
※The two-stage general competitive bidding method is a public recruitment method in which business proposals are solicited, examines the plan at the first stage, and conducts price competition (bid) by the passer of the examination in the second stage to determine the winning bidder .
