In Yokohama-shi, we carry out open call for participants sale by two-stage general competitive bidding method (※) about municipal land located in Kitaderao 6-chome, Tsurumi-ku as utilization of possession assets.
※The two-stage general competitive bidding method is a public offering for business proposals, examines the plan in the first stage, and conducts price competition (bid) by those who passed the examination in the second stage to determine the winning bidder. It is a method.
