In commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the Tsuzuki constituency system celebrating on November 6, 2019, we created an original frame stamp in collaboration with Japan Post Co., Ltd. It consists of photographs of the history and charm of Tsuzuki Ward . Sale will begin at the post office in Tsuzuki Ward from Monday, October 28, 2019.
In addition, a stamp presentation ceremony will be held to commemorate the release of the original frame stamp.
