In the area around East Exit of Totsuka Station, traffic congestion on the road in front of the station is congested due to the impact of parking and stopping, and subsequent vehicles protruding from the oncoming lane.
In order to resolve such a situation, we will conduct a traffic society experiment so that traffic flow can be smoother and use the area around the station safely by changing traffic regulations in some sections.
