Since 2023, Yokohama City has been recruiting staff from all agencies to create ideas and challenge opportunities that are not bound by conventional methods as one of the efforts to innovate staff awareness, and has been working on the “Yokohama Creation 100 Corps”. I am.
As a summary of the two-year activities undertaken from the perspective of young staff members, in fiscal 2014, we took a step forward in the previous fiscal year’s review and conducted trial implementation of events as a “trial for realizing ideas”.
