On January 2, 2025, in the parking lot on the first basement floor of the city hall, an excessive collection of parking fees due to incorrect setting of the fare payment machine occurred.
Applicants will be refunded the overpaid portion from Japan Parking Co., Ltd., the designated administrator. If you have any questions, please contact the Japan Parking Co., Ltd. Call Center (0120-48-0015).
