Based on the "Memorandum on Public-Private Partnership on Food Loss Reduction" concluded in February 2020, Yokohama City and Kradashi Co., Ltd. are working together to reduce food loss.
From February 2022, we will experience the process of vegetable production, distribution, and sales of vegetables, think about food loss and local production for local consumption, and take action to take action, "Kradashi Challenge* inYOKOHAMA". College students are working under producers in the city.
This time, in Yokohama City Hall, which sells vegetables harvested by university students participating in the initiative and disseminating information from the perspectives of food loss reduction and local production for local consumption.

Kuradashi Co., Ltd. has implemented a social contribution internship “Kradashi Challenge,” in which students interested in social issues think about regional revitalization and food loss issues through the support of local producers suffering from labor shortages.
