We consulted on waste measures to achieve the SDGs and realize a decarbonized society.

The situation surrounding waste administration is changing with the times, and there is a need to address various issues, such as achieving SDGs, realizing a decarbonized society, taking measures against plastics, and reducing food loss. In order to respond steadily to these changes in the times, we are considering the development of new plans following the Yokohama G30 Plan and the Yokohama 3R Dream Plan.
Therefore, on December 20, 2021, we consulted with Mr. Masahiro Osako, Chairman of the Council for Promotion of Waste Reduction and Recycling, in order to receive various opinions from academic experts, citizens and businesses.
