Kirin x Lawson's first in Japan! We carry out demonstration experiment in Yokohama aiming at "a society where PET bottles continue to circulating"!

The plastic problem is one of the causes of marine pollution and the generation of greenhouse gases, and has become a common global issue. Kirin Holdings Co., Ltd., Kirin Beverage Co., Ltd. and Lawson Inc. have started a demonstration experiment of the collection of used PET bottles that utilize their respective infrastructures, while the switch to environmentally friendly materials and create new recycling systems. This is the first nationwide initiative in which beverage manufacturers and the distribution and sales industries work together to collect and recycle used PET bottles.
