The rate of male employees taking childcare leave is 40.6%!　~ Report on the results of establishment survey on gender equality in FY2023 ~

Yokohama City has established the "Yokohama City Gender Equality Action Plan" and is promoting gender equality measures with the aim of creating a society where diverse choices can be realized regardless of gender. We carry out investigation about the present conditions of approach of gender equality in city establishment every other year to utilize as reference materials of measure promotion, and report as findings of 2023 were finished this time .
