Survey target
Business establishments located in Yokohama City based on the 2021 Economic Census and Activity Survey Questionnaire, excluding A (agriculture, forestry), B (fishing) and C (mining, quarrying, gravel extraction). Of 11,079 private establishments with a size of 10 or more employees.

Mail Distribution and Web Collection Method
Survey period
From October 20 to November 10, 2009
Recovery results
Number of votes distributed: 3,337 votes
Number of valid collection slips: 719 votes (effective collection rate: 21.5%)
