With the commencement of mutual direct operation of railways in March 2013, friendly exchanges between Hanno City, Saitama Prefecture and Naka Ward, Yokohama City was started in March 2014. In commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the exchange, Mayor Iino and Mayor Ichinaka Yokohama will declare friendship exchange promotion.
