Naka Ward, where 10.9% of residents of the city (as of the end of FY2022) are foreign residents, promotes multicultural coexistence with foreign residents, focusing on building connections with local residents.
The Nijiiro Oai Battle is a multicultural athletic meet planned and operated by the Nijiiro Expedition Corps, which is made up of young people connected to foreign countries, and this is the fourth time this year. In this tournament, we will prepare a program that anyone of the local residents can participate in and promote further connection with the local community.
