About erroneous description of notification form (Ayumi, contact form) in Municipal Elementary Schools and junior high schools

Regarding the notification slips distributed in March, July and October 2024 (Ayumi Contact Form) were found to be incorrectly described in the evaluation and evaluation by viewpoint at Municipal Elementary Schools and junior high schools. We apologized and explained to elementary school studenｔ students and their parents, collected incorrect notification slips (Ayumi Contact Form) and replaced them with correct ones.
