It turned out that payment was delayed for the outsourcing of school grounds management in fiscal 2019, which was handled by staff of the Board of Education Secretariat Educational Facilities Division.
In addition, after confirming the contract affairs in the section, it was found that there were other inappropriate paperwork.
We deeply apologize for such inappropriate cases, and we will work to ensure proper paperwork and prevent recurrence so that this does not happen in the future.
