　At around 11:33 p.m., Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at the Municipal Subway Blue Line Tateba Station.
A male passenger at the platform crossed over the platform fence and jumped into the track, causing a personal injury that came into contact with the local train, and suspended driving on the entire line.
　The passenger who entered the track was confirmed to die, but there were no injuries to the passengers and drivers who were on the train.
