At around 6:19 am on Wednesday, August 5th, a case occurred at Bandobashi Station (Naka Ward, Yokohama City) on the Yokohama Municipal Subway Blue Line where two customers were trapped in the elevator for about 55 minutes. In addition, there was no physical condition among the trapped customers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to you.
