Ukraine's infrastructure-related ministries and local government officials have come to Japan through an invitation from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) for the purpose of supporting recovery and reconstruction.
As part of the program to Japan, we visited Yokohama City and met with The Mayor of Yokohama Takeharu Yamanaka, and visited the city's infrastructure facilities.
