Yokohama City started the "Harassment Countermeasure Business for Nursing Care Operators" in 2024, and opened the "Harassment Consultation Center for Yokohama City Nursing Care Operators" on April 16 (Tuesday). Please consult us if you have any problems with nursing care staff due to harassment acts received from nursing care service users or their families.
