We start "new care prevention service" to support independence of elderly person!

　In Yokohama City, the number of citizens of the frail (*), which is in the middle of a condition requiring health and nursing care, is increasing due to self-restraint and lack of interaction with people due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In June 2024, we will launch a new care prevention service in the three wards of South, Sakae and Izumi Ward in advance so that many elderly people can live independently.
※A frail is a condition in which the mental function declines in the elderly and the risk of need for nursing care in the future is increasing.
