This plan is formulated every three years as a comprehensive plan for health and welfare services for the elderly, the long-term care insurance system, and dementia measures for the elderly.
Since the period of the current 8th plan will end in FY2023, the 9th plan (plan period: Reiwa 6-8) has been formulated.
