We received a report from the Yokohama City Council of Social Welfare, social security Application Response Verification Subcommittee.

　In February 2021, the Kanagawa Ward Life Support Division consulted with the Yokohama City Council of Social Welfare to investigate the cause by a third party with specialized knowledge and to prevent recurrence of the case in which social security did not accept the applicationsocial security application.
　We are pleased to announce that the Council (subcommittee) has submitted a report on how to accept consultations and applications as an implementing agency of social security.
