Long-term Care Insurance Premium's imposition errors from FY2018 to FY2020

From fiscal 2018 to fiscal 2020, it was found that the Long-term Care Insurance Premium was incorrectly calculated and charged for the amount of insurance premiums. Target person is a part of municipal tax exemption and is 1,952 people in total. Of these, for a total of 689 people who can claim under the law, please correct the insurance premium amount and pay it.
