From FY2018 to FY2020, it was found that Long-term Care Insurance Premium was mistakenly calculated and claimed less than its original premium. The target persons are some of the municipal tax exemptions, and a total of 1,952 people. Of these, for a total of 689 people who can claim by law, please correct the insurance premium and pay it.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience to many people and for asking for a new burden.
