・In all industries, 71.1% of companies (including planned) raised wages exceeded the survey two years ago (57.5%).
・In order to raise wages, the most common factor is the increase in unit price of products and services (pass on price) (61.2%).
This was followed by an increase in orders for products and services (55.4%).
・Regarding the factors behind the price transfer, “Progress in understanding of the ordering party” (67.6%) was the most common factor.
Next, "We negotiated price pass-through with cost and evidence" (55.3%).
