We support new business development of startups and small and medium-sized enterprises by utilizing side and part-time workers.

　Yokohama City aims to further create innovation by increasing opportunities for startups and small and medium-sized companies to interact with highly skilled personnel.
　In this project, the “Yokohama Future Organization”, a contracted business operator, provides consultation on the use of side-jobs and part-time workers for small and medium-sized companies considering city startups and new business development that require various skills and resources. We accept consultations, support clarification of management issues, creation of recruitment guidelines for human resources, and posting them on matching platforms.
　We are looking for startups and small and medium-sized companies that want to use side jobs and part-time jobs in 2024. At the same time, we will hold seminars to introduce examples of using side-jobs and part-time workers and explain how to use them.
