Companies with a shortage of labor were 58.0% in all industries, exceeding the survey two years ago (55.1%).
The most common reason for the shortage of labor is that there is no application for recruitment of employees in all industries (52.7%).
Next, "There are applications, but there are no human resources required" (51.4%).
"Improve wages and work conditions at the time of recruitment" (33.8%) was the most effective approach to resolving the labor shortage.
This was followed by "enhancement of new graduates and mid-career hires" (30.5%).
