It was discovered on July 24 (Monday) that one My Number Card kept at Izumi Ward Office Family Registry Division was unknown. For this reason, we were unable to give my number card to customers who had a reservation for the grant on July 25 (Tuesday).
We deeply apologize for the loss of My Number Card, which should be handled under strict management, and we apologize deeply for causing great inconvenience and concern to the applicant customers and citizens. . We will do our best to prevent recurrence and work to restore the trust of citizens.
