Announcement of the 3rd New Year Izumi Sagami Kite Flying Party

Continuing from last year, we will hold the New Year Izumi Sagami Kite Flying Party. Sagami kite is a traditional culture of Izumi Ward, which is said to have 400 years of history in prayer for healthy growth and rich harvest of five grains during the festival of Dango. It is a kite with Japanese paper attached to a bamboo skeleton, and features a unique beam called "Byen". Let's spend a new year as well as a kite flying in the sky!
