On February 9, 2022 (Wednesday), when a vehicle at Kamiiida Community Care Plaza, Yokohama City's designated management facility, returned from the user's home care support project, a collision accident with a motorcycle occurred. In addition, it was found that the validity period of the automobile inspection certificate (vehicle inspection certificate) had expired.
