In Yokohama City, the number of nursing staff per 100,000 population is 821.6, which is lower than 1049.8 nationwide In addition, there are situations where actual recruitment does not reach the recruitment target at medical institutions in the city. .
Until now, Yokohama City has been working to support the recruitment of new graduate nurses, but due to the declining birthrate, expectations for returning nurses who have left their jobs are increasing.
Nurses with blanks are often worried about their skills and knowledge, so the city will conduct a new “return support training”. In addition, we carry out "follow-up training after return to work" that city performs independently this year for the purpose of establishing the workplace of nurses who have just returned to work at medical institutions.
