The Company supplies recycled water and digestive gas from Hokubu Sewerage Center, Yokohama to Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd.’s methanation*1 demonstration facility.
Production of hydrogen and e-methane*2 has started.
＊1 Methanation: A technology that generates methane (CH4), which is the main component of city gas, through the reaction of carbon dioxide (CO2) and hydrogen (H2).
＊2 e-methane： Synthetic methane (CH4) manufactured using non-fossil energy sources such as green hydrogen as raw materials.
