In Yokohama-shi, we announced bid by comprehensive evaluation general competitive bidding on July 27, 2021 for the Route 3 (Sugita Konandai district) electric wire joint ditch PFI project, and on December 1, two groups submitted bids and proposals.
The Yokohama City Private Fund Utilization Project Review Committee, which is made up of academics, etc., examined the proposal contents, and TEPCO Town Planning Co., Ltd. group selected by the committee, was decided today as the winning bidder.
In addition, the development of electric wire joint ditch using the PFI method is the first local government.
