The approximately 1,020m section from Hinode Bridge Intersection in Totsuka-cho, Totsuka-ku, Totsuka-ku, which had been undergoing maintenance, will open at 14:00 on March 24, 2022 (Thursday).
With this opening, the route from Route 1 in Isogo Ward to Totsuka Ward's National Highway No. 1 down line on Route 3 to strengthen communication in the southern part of the city, shorten travel time, and improve the safety and convenience of local traffic.
