The section of about 1,020m from the Hinode Bridge Intersection in Totsuka-cho, Totsuka-ku to the National Highway No. 1 descending line will open at 14:00 on March 24, 2022 (Thursday).
With the opening of the new service, the route from Route 1 in Isogo Ward to National Highway No. 1 in Totsuka Ward will be connected via Route 3 to strengthen communication in the southern part of the city, shorten travel time, and improve local traffic safety and convenience.
