Regarding the Yokohama International Port City Construction Road Project No. 3.4.12 Kamoi Kamiiida Line (Motoshuku and Futamatagawa districts), based on Article 102-2, Paragraph 2 of the Land Expropriation Law, we requested administrative substitute execution from the Governor of Kanagawa Prefecture.
